: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accountant/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and overseeing cashier duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions with integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
• Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Handle cash transactions, manage cash register operations, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Reconcile cash drawers and bank deposits.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of stock.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or cashier in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of auto parts industry is a plus.
