Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Provide tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Provide financial advice and insights to management.
• Assist in strategic planning and business development.
• Evaluate financial implications of business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, HR) to support financial needs.
• Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA or CPA certification preferred
