Job Title: Accountant (Automotive Showroom)
Location: Ras Al Khor & Al Quoz 2, Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000

Job Summary:
Elite Shine is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is critical in supporting the company's financial health and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other documents.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing of returns.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Liaise with auditors during financial audits and address any discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial performance and potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and compliance in the UAE.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
