Accountant (automotive)
Job Description
Accountant required in Abu Dhabi
• Automotive Industry experience minimum 5-10 years
• Master degree is must, candidate with CMA/CPA is highly preferred.
• Well versed in vehicle sale transaction, Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Margin Scheme invoice, and VAT return filing
• Proficient in document control to support commercial invoices, such with port clearance documents for submission to VAT return
• Proficient in margin scheme invoicing and supporting documents.
• Proficient in ERP and Journal / Ledger maintenance
• Proficient in reviewing client / sale agreements and it execution.
• Proficient in Vehicle financing work flow for end users
• Compliance with bank application and liability maintenance, bank facility maintenance, LC Opening & closing schedule, TR opening and closing schedule
• Cash flow management and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in preparing financial reports, such as IS/BS/CF, periodically, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually.
• Budget preparation and variance analysis.
• AR reporting / deal wise collection reporting / client wise collection reporting
• Deal wise profit & loss preparation
• Inventory management, and inventory provisioning accounting.
• Liaison with internal & external auditors and prepare financial reports.
