We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage all financial and inventory-related aspects of our business in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for all financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability across multiple store locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payment processing.
Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax laws.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of all taxable and non-taxable transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and cost analysis.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure inventory levels are optimized.
Sales and Revenue Oversight:
- Track daily sales and revenue from all store locations.
- Reconcile sales reports with bank deposits and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights for improvement.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Generate periodic financial and management reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor, commercial, and tax laws.
- Identify and implement process improvements for financial and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or inventory-based businesses.
- Technical Skills:• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and financial regulations.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Visa: Must have a valid UAE visa (sponsorship is not provided).
