Job Description

We're looking for an experienced accountant who can work with government transactions and do all kinds of VAT and audit work. The Accountant is responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including financial analysis, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The Accountant must have excellent analytical skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports for management.
• Provide support to other departments regarding financial matters.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
