Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated

Assistant Accountant (Tagalog Speaker)

to support our finance team in handling all aspects of accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the UAE and be proficient in general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Prepare and maintain financial records, general ledger entries, and expense reports. Assist in bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions as required. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support business operations. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings. Stay updated on accounting standards, financial policies, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent. 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software & ERP systems Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy Preferred Tagalog Speaker (Female)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
