URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT ARABIC & ENGLISH
!! WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of Bank Receipts & Payments of Cash inflow and outflow report and check the bank daily balances for reporting

Liase with banks for client requirements and Bank Signatory Update when requirement arises

Preparing and posting journals and daily entries, Maintain chart of accounts and GL creation in accordance with accounting policy

Entering sales invoices in the system on daily basis

Checking the bank statement and entering the receipts as per the bank statement into appropriate customer accounts

Recording daily transactions for cash and bank payments in accounting system'

Preparation of Vendor payment as per credit terms by verifying the supporting documents and posting in to Accounting system and Generating TB and PL Report from Tally System

Preparation of Salary and Petty Cash payments.

Preparing the Local Purchase order as per the Quotation received from concerned department.

Preparation of Quarterly VAT Return filing and Submitting online in to the FTA website.

Preparation of Reports:

Daily Cash Flow Report (Receipts and Payment Update)

Bank reconciliation

Pending Supplier Dues

Pending Customer Dues

Pending GRN

Bank Reconciliation

Purchase Report

Sales Report

• Required Skills:
• Degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Good Communication Skills Arabic (Must) & English
• preferred 1ndian Nationalities
• Strong financial analysis skills.
