Job Description

• •Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.•
• •Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.•
• •Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.•
• •Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing. And VAT filing•
• •Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.•
• •Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review.•
• •Researching market trends and projecting construction-related price increases/decreases.•
• •Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.•
• •Keeping abreast with both the construction and accounting industry.•
• •Responsible for the accounting operations of the company•
• •Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements.•
• •Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans•
• •Preparation of all monthly financial reports•
• •Work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures•
• •Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management.•
• •Manage company and project cash flow•
• •Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.•
• •Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.•
• •Develop written accounting procedures for the operations staff and work with team to ensure proper implementation and compliance.•
• •Recruiting staff, writing job descriptions, checking application forms, creating candidate shortlists and conducting primary interviews•
• •Devising and implementing policies to select, develop and retain staff•
• •Overseeing staff welfare, All type of insurance. And prepare official memos.•
• •Working closely with other departments to implement policies and procedures•
• •Promoting equality and diversity within the business•
• •Overseeing health and safety policies•
• •Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management•
• •preparing and Monitoring and employee time sheet, over time as per UAE labor law, salary, leave salary and vacation. And Advising on pay, promotion and benefits, including sick pay. And Gratuity calculation as per UAE Labor law.•
• •Carrying out salary reviews•
• •Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials)•
• •Administering payroll•
• •Handling staff complaints, grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure•

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• HR: 4 years (Preferred)
• Financial Reporting: 5 years (Preferred)
• VAT Filing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Internal Audit: 4 years (Preferred)
• ERP: 4 years (Preferred)
• cost accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
• Construction Management - General Contracting industry: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• ENGLISH (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Account Certification (Preferred)
