Job Description
record all the financial transactions in the ledger. Generate financial statement and reports per month Perform monthly reconciliation for all books and ledgers Handle the payment to external parties. He needs to approve the payment based on our financial position and status. Reduce the cash payment, and transform the organization to digitalization of payment Agree with supplier on opening credit lines to pay monthly, transfer the money Handle the monthly liabilities and payments (payroll, utilities, rent.. ) Create priority for liabilities and Cashflow plan Need to negotiate the prices with suppliers on monthly basis based on our volume not per transaction Maintain the quickbook records and system configuration for accounting reporting Should keep invoices for each transaction.
