Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant proficient in Tally software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage financial data using Tally.

? Responsibilities:

• ? Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Utilize Tally software to record transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and generate reports.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and software updates to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to staff members on Tally software as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least [2 years] of experience using Tally software.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
