Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with expertise in VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and a strong understanding of accounting software, particularly Tally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and preparing accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations. Handle corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies. Manage journal entries, ledger balances, and financial documentation. Support internal and external audits. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Prepare reports for senior management as needed. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. Utilize Tally software for accounting entries, VAT filing, and tax reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an accountant with at least 2 years of experience in VAT filing and corporate tax in the UAE. Proficiency in Tally software. Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and corporate tax regulations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
