Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
