a reputed company in alain required an accountant for the accounting department.

Education: bachelor degree in relevant field

gender: male

age limit: less than 35 years

Experience: 3 years of experience in the field of accounts and real estate.

A driving license is mandatory

computer knowledge: proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

able to handle petty cash

should have knowledge of real estate accounts handling

able to send renewal notifications to tenants prior to the expiry of the contract as per agreed time

follow-up with tenants for renewal of tenancy contracts

do the survey of current market price, compare with existing rent and advise about rent amount for renewal and for new tenants

good communication skills to deal with clients.

scrutnizing of invoices and checking authenticity and accuracy of invoices

maintaining and handling files and records to document transactions.

ability to handling of files and records in proper filing.

ability to correspond and communicate with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
