Experience & Competency
• Minimum 3-5 years experience required in account and finance
• Working knowledge of MS office and any accounting software
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and office tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under-pressure
• Multitasking and prioritization skills
• Commerce Graduate/Inter CA
Preferably Male candidates.
Brief Description of Duties
• Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting and related tasks.
• Filing and scanning of financial documents.
• Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Create and post documents such as bills, invoices, petty cash, payment receipt.
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
• Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
• To work on daily reports for management and team members.
Prime Responsibilities
• Monitoring daily work and volume and answering queries.
• Maintain financial records and filing and scanning the financial documents.
• Maintain and monitor account payables, customer credit updating, KYC's and petty cash, in ERP
• Able to follow up on outstanding balances as and when required.
• Create and update expense and ad-hoc reports.
• Customer statement, supplier statement and and bank statement reconciliations.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Daily accounting of income, expense, acknowledging payment receipts, making vendor
• Payments, Bank Reconciliation and staff travel expense settlement
• Coordinate with team members to complete statutory audits and compliance
• Daily interaction with team members and taking guidelines for daily activity.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

• Proficiency in accounting Software.
• Accuracy in postings and recording financial tasks.
• Timeliness of reporting and assigned task.
• Keen eye on the details.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
