Looking for a Lady Admin cum Accountant in Ajman Freezone Company 1. Thorough knowledge of Basic Accounting procedures and principles. 2.Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally ERP 9 2.Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. 3.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 4. Manage daily operations like preparation of Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Quotations and Proforma invoices. Monitor and Follow-up on receivables and allocate payments. 3.Calculating Tax payments and file vat returns on Quarterly basis. 4. Perform other admin duties as assigned or requested. 5. Ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
