Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for 2 companies, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Submit a daily MIS report to the Founder/Director. Manage cash flow and reconcile bank statements. Process invoices, payments, and handle payroll functions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage inventory and cost accounting for confectionery and lubricant operations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years, maximum of 5 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage financial operations for 2 companies.
