The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Admin to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities: - Maintain daily financial transactions and produce P&L Preparing balance Sheet and other monthly reports. - Employees Payroll creation as per WPS , VAT Filing - Reconciliation of Bank accounts and credit card statement on daily basis. - Knowledge of accounting packages - Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Routine office Admin job
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax regulations is a plus - Work under pressure
