• Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of accounting and finance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Manage managers' calendars of meetings and events
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and distribute accordingly as needed
• Be the point of contact for internal and external communication
• Organize and maintain office files of corporate records, documents, and reports
• Provide general administrative support
• Possibility of Evolution in responsibilities and salaries
