Location: al saada tower - al maamoura -abu dhabi / office number 1204

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Quick Books to join our Real Estate Team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Financial Accounting:

Recording and maintaining financial transactions (purchases, expenses, sales, invoices, payments) Preparing financial models and reports (daily, monthly, etc.) Bank reconciliations Processing payments VAT return filing Managing accounts payable and receivable Preparing cash flows and budget forecasts Auditing financial transactions and documents Maintaining balance sheets and profit/loss statements Reporting on the company's financial health to the Managing Director

Sales & Operations Support:

Coordinating with the sales team on sales inquiries and status Preparing invoices and delivery documents Following up with clients for receivables and collecting payments

General:

Recording all entries in tally on a daily basis Filing vouchers and documents daily Reinforcing financial data confidentiality
Salary Range between 2k to 3 k

Qualifications:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in Accounting (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Quick Books

Languages:

Fluent in Arabic and English
