We are looking for a full-time Junior Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees and maintains the company's accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Prepares and analyzes financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements. Maintains a structured and secure filing system for financial records, company documents, and statutory reports. Processes and manages payments, ensuring timely disbursement and accurate financial recording. Manages key financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll, ensuring efficient financial operations. Conducts month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations of accounts, to maintain financial accuracy. Prepares and submits VAT returns in compliance with tax regulations and statutory deadlines. Coordinates and liaises with external auditors to facilitate smooth and timely audits. Develops and implements procurement strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness while ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and negotiates favorable terms to enhance business profitability. Monitors inventory levels and collaborates with relevant departments to ensure procurement aligns with operational and financial planning. Performs additional accounting tasks and financial / Administration duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Financial Management & Reporting. o Taxation & Audit Compliance. o Accounts & Payroll Management. o Procurement & Cost Control. o ERP & Accounting Software. o Perfect communication in English is a must. o At least 2 years accounting experience.
EDUCATION:

Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business & Accountancy or a related discipline.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
