Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management

: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Data Entry

: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with a high level of accuracy.

Reconciliation

: Help with bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.

Financial Reporting

: Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.

Assistance

: Provide support during audits and assist in implementing financial controls and processes.

Communication

: Liaise with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payment inquiries.
Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in similar role

Technical Skills

: in-depth Knowledge in MS Excel and Tally(Mandatory

Attention to Detail

: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Communication

: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
