Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle daily financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and support strategic financial planning to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE-specific tax laws, including VAT, and possess

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and vendor/supplier accounts.

- Tax Compliance: Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE Tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in UAE tax laws and accounting standards.

- Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements.

- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Provide necessary documentation and clarify queries.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and other UAE- specific financial regulations. Monitor and implement changes to meet ISO 9001 standards (if applicable).

- General Administrative Tasks: Support management with Ad Hoc financial analysis and reporting. Maintain financial confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Strong understanding of UAE VAT Laws and IFRS.

- Should be fluent in English (Preferred in Arabic)
