Bookkeeping:
Recording daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Updating financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards.
Preparation of Financial Statements:
Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitoring incoming and outgoing cash flows to ensure the company has sufficient funds for daily operations.
Preparing cash flow forecasts to plan for future liquidity needs.
Tax and Regulatory Compliance:
Preparing and filing tax returns in accordance with UAE legislation.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Tracking accounts payable to ensure bills are paid on time.
Managing accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory to avoid shortages or surpluses.
Coordinating with sales and production teams to align inventory needs.
Use of Accounting Software:
Proficiency in commonly used accounting software OXIVE
