Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for the company.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost variance analysis, and financial performance metrics.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and assist in external audits, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the construction or MEP industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations applicable in Abu Dhabi.
