Job Description

We are looking to hire an accountant with Media/Construction background for our Media production company.

General Ledger Maintenance:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ledger entries.

Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Close Processes:

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.

Reconciliation:

• Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any variances in the accounts.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Data Entry:

• Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system.
• Ensure timely and precise data entry for all financial transactions.

Petty Cash Handling:

• Manage petty cash funds and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Reconcile petty cash accounts regularly.

Expense Management:

• Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Record and monitor all expenses, ensuring proper classification and allocation

Utility and Facility Bills:

• Handle payments for facility-related expenses, including water, electricity, and other utilities.
• Ensure timely payment and accurate recording of all facility bills.

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• Media Production: 2 years (Preferred)
