Job Title: Accountant with Tax Experience

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards.
• Handle tax planning and compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT.
• Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant with specific expertise in tax compliance and reporting in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
