The Accountant will manage financial operations, maintain records, prepare reports, Tax management and ensure compliance with regulations for our home healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage payroll /WPS and benefits.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Handle procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, healthcare experience preferred.
• Should Know EMR and Quick Book
Skills:
• Strong accounting principles knowledge.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel .
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational , negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management must.
