Description:
• Coordinates the distribution of authorized IOUs to staff members, guaranteeing precision and compliance with established protocols.
• Maintains precise and current documentation of all IOU transactions, encompassing approved requests, distributions, and associated paperwork. Arrange and uphold files securely and confidentially.
• Receives and evaluates IOU requests from employees, ensuring they meet specified criteria and documentation standards, then approves or denies them accordingly.
• Monitor IOUs to ensure they adhere to agreed-upon terms and deadlines, categorizing them as Normal (under 10 days), Due (15 days), or Overdue (more than 20 days).
• Regularly review IOU accounts to verify the accuracy and completeness of records, promptly addressing any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Generate regular reports detailing IOU activity, encompassing outstanding balances and trends. Present these insights to management as necessary for review and decision-making purposes.
• Prepares petty cash vouchers and distribute the funds to the respective employee.
• Keeps precise and current records of all petty cash transactions, documenting disbursements, receipts, and replenishments.
• Thoroughly examine submitted bills for accuracy and authenticity.
• Generates liquidation reports for petty cash expenses submitted by employees.
• Updates employee accounts with the most recent petty cash transactions.
• Records transactions accurately in the system once approved by the supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Preferably Male Fil.
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
