Job Title: Accountant

: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax requirements and assist in tax preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit process.
• Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial transparency and mitigate risk.
• Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to organize financial data efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 2-5 years work experience as an accountant in the travel agency.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification or similar qualification is a plus.
