Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a preference for candidates who have completed their CA Inter. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify trends and provide insights on financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Inter qualification is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax compliance.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
