Job Description

This role is ideal for a professional with 3 to 5 years experience in UAE , with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks while contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement financial strategies in alignment with Company's goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Liaise with international suppliers, handling contracts and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across all operating regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred., CFP and CFA certifications.
• Proven experience in financial management and accounting within relevant industries.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and international financial standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
