Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions and manage company finances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in creating and monitoring budgets for construction projects.
• Track project costs, identify budget variances, and suggest corrective actions to manage overruns.
• Handle payroll, including calculation of wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and manage tax liabilities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payments to suppliers, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecast future financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations for financial best practices.
• Ensure financial practices adhere to industry standards and government regulations.
• Prepare regular financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
