Job Summary: As an Accountant at Royal Phone Center, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, utilizing the Al Ameen accounting system, and performing various accounting tasks, including journal vouchers, payment vouchers, financial statement preparation, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial accounting, experience with Al Ameen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Al Ameen Accounting System: Utilize proficiency in the Al Ameen accounting system to record and manage financial transactions. Journal Vouchers and Payment Vouchers: Prepare and process journal vouchers and payment vouchers accurately and in a timely manner. Financial Statement Preparation: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and trial balances. Invoicing: Generate and review statements and invoices related to purchases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Balance Sheet Management: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Financial Record Keeping: Oversee the meticulous record-keeping of financial transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Stock Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating with relevant departments to maintain accurate records. Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, ensuring compliance with established policies. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification.
3 years of experience as an Accountant, with proficiency in the Al Ameen accounting system.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is essential.
