Job Key Details:
- Make sure proper records are maintained
- Coordinate with other departments as well as members of staff to support overall company goals
- Generate financial statements and prepare the budget according to schedule
- Offer technical support as well as advice to the management
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Evaluate financial information and summarize financial status
- Handle payroll preparations and ensure statutory deductions are made based on the set policies
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related course
- Ideal candidates must have professional accounting qualifications
- Applicants must have proven accounting experience, minimum 3 and above years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be accurate and detail oriented
- Experience in a real estate will be a plus
- Only Filipino or Indian candidates are required
