We are looking for an Accounting Professional to manage all financial transactions as part of the Business Finance Team
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Financial Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for franchise accounts.
- Assist in monthly closing and conduct financial audits and reviews of franchisee accounts.
2. Reconciliation:
- Cash and Stock accounting reconciliation
- Delivery Invoice reconciliation
- Generating month-end reports
- Manual account reconciliation
4. Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any financial queries or issues raised by partners / vendors
5. Coordination with Departments:
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Logistics, Operations) to ensure seamless support for franchisees.
6. Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor franchisee compliance with tax regulations and other financial reporting requirements.
- Suggest and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
7. Pricing Deviation Reports:
- Submit weekly pricing deviation reports to stores.
- Follow up until closure and satisfactory responses are received.
8. Customer Followup:
- Initiate one time customer follow-up activity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Accounting: 5 years (Required)
