We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account, Taxation, and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management, with at least six years of experience in the UAE. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting:

o Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

o Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.

• Taxation:

o Manage all aspects of taxation including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant taxes.

o Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.

o Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and implement changes as required.

• Financial Management:

o Develop and maintain financial planning and budget management functions.

o Prepare financial forecasts and analyze financial performance.

o Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

• Audit and Compliance:

o Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

o Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes.

• Team Leadership:

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and finance within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, XERO and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
