Job Description

Works in the daily operations in sales center as Accounts Receivable. Collects the payment thru POS, cheque or deposit slips from customers. Issues and records receipts in Microsoft Dynamics. Manages the cheques to be sent to the bank. Makes the collection follow-up to customers either via email or call. Issues Finance Notices to defaulting customers and manages the succeeding process for Legal Notices. Manages daily bank transactions and books and issues receipts according to correct customers' accounts. Knows the process of bank clearing and manages bank reconciliation before closing the period. Closes monthly books timely and accurately. Attends all management ADHOC requirements. Knows how to liaise with the bank for any withdrawals or replacement cheques from customers. Attends to customer requirements such as statements, receipts, and others. Handles customer interactions personally, via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls. Addresses customer complaints and resolves issues as needed. Qualifications Degree in Accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is preferable). At least 1 year of experience in the Accounts Receivable field. Experience in customer dealings for collections. Knowledge of MSD and Oracle. Very good customer service skills; experienced in interacting with all levels of staff in a multi-cultural environment. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees. Ability to meet assigned deadlines. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle pressure from all aspects. Ability to multitask. Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
