Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager to support and drive our business within the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in sales, business development, or client management, looking to grow within the MENA market. The Account Manager will assist in expanding client relationships, support regional growth initiatives, and work closely with senior management to meet strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
• Business Development
+ Support the execution of business development strategies to expand the company's reach within the MENA region.
+ Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.
+ Work with senior management to build a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
+ Help facilitate onboarding of client products for regional representation and explore new avenues for revenue.
• Client Relationship Management
+ Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients under the guidance of senior team members.
+ Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and work to resolve any issues promptly.
+ Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and relay information to the team.
• Market Analysis and Strategy
+ Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive factors.
+ Provide insights from market analysis to support senior management in decision-making.
+ Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for company products and services within the MENA region.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
+ Collaborate with other regions and teams to support business initiatives within the MENA region.
+ Participate in the development of regional marketing campaigns and support promotional activities.
+ Work closely with HQ and other departments to gather necessary resources for client proposals.
+ Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, e-commerce.
- Knowledge of the MENA market, with an understanding of cultural and economic factors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or another regional language is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
