Strengthen the client relationships to ensure 100% client retention. Understand the client requirements and objectives and provide solutions and services in line with overseeing FM operations of assigned contracts.Financial
Understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery within the boundaries of the contract
Ensure profitability of the contracts are met as per the budget/targets, and drive improvement in financial performance
Investigate with the Senior Manager the reason why any expected gross profit on the contract is not met. Explore \'management solutions\' to address the concerns
Oversee projects service delivery performance and ensure the SLA/KPIs are met without any penalties/deduction
Responsible for developing the business growth of the account; Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery within the boundaries of the contracts and against the sold solution resources budget
Plan, budget and forecast revenue in line with business target
Reporting and management of overall contract portfolio contractual service delivery and P&L
Monitor contract headcounts in line with billable for all assigned contracts
Monitor expenses and identify cost saving opportunities without compromising the service quality
Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required
Review the contracts and liaise with legal and commercial department to get signed from customer
Review and submission of commercial/technical proposals to clients on renewals, ad-hoc projects etc.
Monitor and lead the Mobilization/Demobilization of contracts to ensure smooth contract startup within the budget allocated
Ensuring invoices are raised and submitted on time for all contracts in coordination with central FM and finance team
Customer
Coordinate and oversee cleaning operations and other services to ensure services meet with client expectations and contractual obligations
Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract
Undertake site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the client regarding the quality of the service
Monitor that the service delivered is within the contract terms. If not discuss variations with the client and senior Manager
Plan and agree with the client for any new staff requirements to meet any future demands and events
Ensure the work schedules developed for the staff match the client requirements
Address and resolve any service quality issues or client complaints promptly
Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and efficiency
Develop and maintain client relations to achieve 100% client retentions
Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the group such as commercial, legal, procurement, finance, HR as required
Work with demand planning team to ensure manpower planning is done efficiently and resources are always available
Assist the bids/solutions team in bidding for new tenders and renewals of existing contracts

Manage the team structure and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget
Staff performance reviews and succession planning
Supervise and support direct reports including hiring, training and performance management
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professionalism among the team members
Ensure staff adherence to company policies, safety regulations and cleaning standard
Plan new mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client; Arrange site specific induction and training of new staff
Maintain accurate records of client interactions service delivery and operational performance
Prepare the regular reports on contract accounts, service quality, monthly reports and financial performance for Management review

Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods
Creating customized cleaning solutions
Continuously meet with vendors / suppliers through procurement to have knowledge on new technologies related to cleaning, consumables, machinery, and automation
Work closely with Sustainability department on reporting carbon footprint, reduction in electricity and water cost associated with portfolio
SkillsSelection Criteria
Minimum 10 years experience in a similar capacity with minimum 5 years on management level.
Bachelors degree in facilities management or related filed
Certified in BICS
Excellent English written and communication skills
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent knowledge on CAFM systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Ready to work outside of regular business hours to meet client needs
