Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationships in the rapidly growing EV charging and managed parking solutions market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Identify and target new customers, including property developers, municipalities, commercial real estate owners, and parking operators.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive repeat business.

Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for EV charging infrastructure and managed parking systems.

Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting EV charging and parking management.

Proposal & Contract Management: Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, operations, and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics.

Training & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and educate potential clients on the benefits of our solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging solutions, parking technology, renewable energy, or related industries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of EV charging and parking management solutions.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
