Position: Account Manager

Based: Dubai, UAE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations, collaborating seamlessly with R&D, Marketing, and other cross functional teams. Customer-Centric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value. Work closely with R&D, and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals. Identify new category opportunities, through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams. Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity. Co-ordinate & manage customer set up, changes in price files, products, credit & debit notes. Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Managment Drive internal and external process improvements to minimize SLOB, and where externally driven, claim back. Ensure aged debt is recovered and adherence improved. Execute growth agenda: organic, share, category. Develop and maintain high quality relationships within existing customers across all departments, including Procurement, SC, and R&D. Support other Flavour Solution sites within EMEA as appropriate.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred. B2B experience in Account Management in Food Industry, preferably in selling flavours with a proven sales record in the GCC Food industry. Industry Network: Strong connections within the GCC Food Industry, leveraging your network to drive success. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Decision making in ambiguous situations. English Speaking is a must. Arabic speaking would be an added advantage. Simplifying complex situations. Salesforce experience would be an advantage
