Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Account Manager to drive sales and build partnerships with hotels, bars, restaurants, and food trucks across the UAE. You will be responsible for selling Auditis' consulting and auditing services, securing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential hospitality clients and introduce them to Auditis' audit and compliance services.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and customize audit solutions that enhance their hygiene standards, food safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Presentations & Pitches: Deliver engaging presentations to restaurant owners, hotel managers, and F&B executives on how Auditis can improve their business.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage end-to-end sales processes, negotiate service agreements, and close contracts.
- Market Intelligence & Industry Research: Stay updated on UAE hospitality regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Client Support & Follow-Up: Maintain post-sale relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and renewals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Hospitality, Sales, or F&B Consulting (Experience in hospitality operations, compliance, or business development is a plus).
- Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills (Ability to engage with decision-makers and sell high-value services).
- Proven Sales Track Record (Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hotel industry).
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented (Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets).
- Existing Network in the Hospitality Industry (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluent in English; Arabic or any other language is a Plus
