Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart and capable Account Manager to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development roles. Prior experience in the iGaming , Software , or Crypto industries will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Account Management:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
• Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success.
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track account performance using CRM tools such as Monday, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management (CSM), client relationship management (CRM), or business development management (BDM).
• Previous exposure to the iGaming, software, or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of iGaming platforms, payment gateways, blockchain tools, or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B business models and client dynamics.
