Job description
-Maintain Bookkepping in QBO:
Accurately record all financial. Transactions in QuickBooks Online
Ensure the general ledger is up-tp-date and accurate
-Record Company Expenses:
Enter and categorize company and booking related expenses in QBO
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
-Generate Owner's Statements:
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual ownrer'
Provide clear and accurate summaries of financial activities
-Generate Tax Invoices for Bookings:
Create and send invoices for bookings in a timely manner
-Generate Receopts for Bookings:
Issue receipts for all bookings payments received
Maintain organized records of all transactions
-Generate Profit and Loss Statements:
Compile and analyze bookings data to produce profit and loss (PnL) statements
Provide insights into income and expenses related to bookings
-VAT Summary:
Update VAT transactions and create and submit VAT filling on portal
-Financial Statements:
Create financial statements, PnL and Balancesheet for submission tp tax authorities on monthly basis
-Bills Payements:
Follow up with the payment for DEWA, Gaz, Du and other utilities monthly for each property
