Account Manager

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and driving their satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our clients, working closely to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Account Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to develop strategies that align with their business goals. Upsell and cross-sell services or products as appropriate.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project delivery and ensure that all client requirements are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics. Provide regular reports and updates to clients, and make recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Client Support: Address client inquiries and concerns efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients. Ensure compliance with terms and negotiate renewals or modifications as needed.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role. Experience in IT industry is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Client-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
