We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Speaker who is proficient in MS Office programs to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of property leasing, tenant documentation, maintenance requests, and legal assistance. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage leasing with property owners. \xc2\xb7 Provide tenant documents to property owners. \xc2\xb7 Handle maintenance requests, approvals, and reports for assigned properties. \xc2\xb7 Provide NOCs and permits to relevant departments related to the property. \xc2\xb7 Conduct move-in, move-out, and annual inspections, and provide reports to property owners. \xc2\xb7 Manage service charges and utility bills on behalf of owners. \xc2\xb7 Update and provide statements of accounts to owners, including transfer completions from the Accounting Department. \xc2\xb7 Resolve any outstanding balance of the owner towards the company. \xc2\xb7 Provide legal assistance related to the property. \xc2\xb7 Assist landlords with legal notices and payment clarifications. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the Legal Department for any legal actions on behalf of the owner. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with assigned owners through email, WhatsApp, and calls, ensuring responses within 24-48 hours. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with developers and utility companies for processes on behalf of the landlord. \xc2\xb7 Obtain renewal negotiation confirmations from assigned owners. \xc2\xb7 Manage final computation and security deposit refund processes for owners.
