:About The RoleAs we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our customer success team. You will use your proven experience to provide the back-bone of support for our Enterprise team, whilst taking ownership of your accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers and ensuring they have engaged with the platform.You will work closely with our Head of Enterprise Account Manager and the Business Development team to ensure all our client's needs are met. Offering a premium experience for our clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them.
Building relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues.
Conducting client meetings over the phone, virtually and in-person.
Ensuring Doctify becomes embedded in our client's daily/weekly operations.
Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally.
Mapping your accounts in order to expand our footprint in other parts of their business.
Developing business potential with your accounts and delivering a sustainable pipeline.
Successfully increasing the transactional footprint of our clients.
Conveying the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement.
Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts.
About You
You will have 2+ years\' of experience in a customer success or sales position (B2B or SaaS is desired but not required).
You will have a proven track record of achieving & exceeding targets, whilst driving growth within a portfolio of existing accounts.
You will have proven experience of developing relationships with existing clients.
You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution for the client.
You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring.
You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone, virtual and in-person engagement.
