Transguard Group is the UAEs most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager - Construction Services to join our Construction Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.Scope: Account Manager is responsible to manage allocated customer accounts in line with the commercial agreement, ensuring we maintain 100% of clients, grow accounts as well as manage the relationship in line with the commercial agreement. To ensure the end-to-end service delivery to all clients and ensure profitability of contracts. Being a single point of contact for every client across all parts of the business. This will include working with the business unit operations team, finance, payroll, HR Services, recruitment as well as all levels with the client.Financial
Manage the team structure and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget
Required to drive contract profitability through understanding of key performance indicators on each contract
Responsible and accountable for organic growth and new business opportunities
Customer
Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract
Resolve staff issues together with relevant departments, including salary discrepancies, emergency leave, reallocation of staff to other contracts, accidents
Drive operational excellence across assigned accounts, providing clients with exceptional service and delivery
Process
Responsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance
Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client and proactive management of off hires
Ensure the correct workflow process are in place and followed by reporting team
Innovation
Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated
Reduce the amount of manual data and identify cost saving initiatives/process improvements
SkillsSelection Criteria
3-4 years experience in an outsourcing company or similar largescale workforce
UAE Driver's License
Excellent computer and reporting skills
Should have a strong understanding of manpower operations with a detailed knowledge of mobilization, recruitment, sales, human resources, and financial planning.
Excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead sales initiatives and deliver complex manpower and managed solutions.
