You must be proactive and independent in executing client service delivery. The principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.If you were already in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

• Managing production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities
• Ensuring reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered on time
• Reviewing annual financial statements
• Overseeing clients\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 audit process
• Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• Knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and the fund administration industry
• Understanding of regulatory requirements of private equity funds
• Knowledge of e-Front / Yardi Voyager
• Professional degree in accounting or finance
